Nice ass house but the parties really don't pop off ever. Lots of girls standing around not entertained. Dj's are subpar and the main room is too big for kappa Sig brothers to just be standing on the sidelines.

I walked into a billys room like a chill bill but not like little bill to pack some killer MOLES and next thing you know i became a chill MOLE rat. It was a fun time and the pledges were chill the brothers were chill and they all had massive skills yo. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Went here the first time since my freshman year last week and it’s amazing how they turned it around. My freshman year they had a small brotherhood and had goobs, now they have hot brothers and look like a top frat.
