seriously wasting their house. why are they there? they have so much potential to be huge with such a great house and to really become a powerhouse on campus but they just waste their time. no idea why theyre so insignificant on campus with a house like that

Every time there are realistic ratings kappa sigs come in and start self ranking. The only people you're fooling are yourselves. Stop thinking you're top tier you're no where near top tier nor close to middle tier. Start recruiting better and stop lying about how "good" your parties are. They suck, you know it, we know, sororities know it, your parents know it

They have a nice house, but to be honest the guys are kinda weird. the brothers get sketchy and really touchy toward the end of the night. Not going back.

Self rank game so strong. No good parties, don't mix with top sororities. The only reason why anyone has ever heard of them is because when you walk down union and see their house you look and think to yourself "damn what a waste of a nice house, wish a real frat had that". Have you ever heard of them throwing down? I haven't either.

When has anyone ever heard of a kappa sigma party? They are good guys and good nationally unfortunately this chapter here at Rutgers is below par. I only know they exist because I have two friends in it and they have a house on union street. Too bad they don't know how to use that house to their advantage. They have many (I wouldn't say all because there are a handful of cool kids) in this fraternity. They are good guys though don't get me wrong.
