Took a hit with the incident from last year. Seem to be operating well without rutgers. Middle tier with the risk of going lower. House is good too. Nothing close to the top like the idiot a couple rankings below me said.

DKE is back and operating without rutgers.They have recruited a pledge class and are basically doing everything that relates to being a fraternity. They are good guys with a great house. This is their bounce back year. They arent going anywhere because the Alumni own their mansio.

Still one of the top houses at Rutgers because of that mansion on college ave. Not affiliated anymore but their presence is huge and all the girls love them.

If you really wanna see who top house is just look at how many ratings each chapter has. People always hate on the biggest/best and TDX, DKE and all the other nicest houses have the most people rating them

Although these guys are not affiliated with Rutgers, they still seem to be doing well on their own. The incident last year definitely brought them down but this year they are improving themselves in all aspects of Greek Life. They own their own house so there is no risk of losing it and they are still taking pledge classes, having parties and improving their philanthropies. They still have a way to go but they might be in the top five next year.
