person below me is clearly a delta chi or maybe talking about penn state. Either way this chapter sucks and is no where near the top. I do respet the fact they have a legit process.

Mid tier but on the rise. Their brotherhood and campus involvement are top tier. A small group of guys within the fraternity are helping them become top tier again

They lost their house a few years ago but you can tell they're working hard to be a top fraternity again. Delta Chi has alright parties and awesome brotherhood

Uhh idk who you're friends with but you don't know wtf you're talking about. I'm friends with the D Chi bros and they raise money for cancer research. They throw fun parties and each brother is always there for another. I've rushed other frats and the bond I see there is different from any other's
