Definitely the most underrated house on campus. I may be in a higher ranked house, but my best bros are definitely in here. They take themselves pretty seriously but still have fun. Very smart guys with great connections.

Chi Psi parties are awesome. All of the parties always have a LOT of hot girls because they practice greek courtesy towards sororities. The reason the parties are guest list is because the house is very old and valuable to those in the fraternity. With a guest list, the fraternity has a way to hold people responsible for damage they may cause to the house while intoxicated, which I think is very smart. They don't want random people in the house, like many of the fraternities at Rutgers.

Yes they got hands down the best house on campus... But even with such and advantage they are still unknown, and commonly considered outsiders or weird, which says alot... Not only an unknown in the eyes of everyday students but also the rest of Greek Life. They are closer to like a science club who happen to become a really close knit group of friends then a fraternity who is actually involved in the things that make college, college. Could be cool in own sense but far from #1

Chi Psi is top tier at Rutgers, despite what some of the negative rankings here say. The "lodgers" are really the type of guys who will walk a girl home after dark and put their guests first. I'd say they are the guys you eventually want to take home to meet your parents and marry. They are classy and it shows in their actions and the way they take care of their "Lodge". As for their parties, those complaining saying that they are weird and anti-social clearly have never been on their guest list.

Most of the brothers are rich kids that are extremely arrogant, some are cool though....there parties are guest list only, even for girls
