They get a lot of hate for having a nice house but their parties are pretty fun when they have them. Kind of do their own thing. Def not one of the top frats socially but pretty well rounded

Really love their parties. Their house is beautiful and right on college ave and the parties are so much fun. Wish they threw down a little more but they do a good job of keeping the parties contained so you can barely tell they are having a party if you didn't hear ahead of time. Also these guys are always super nice to me and they are decently attractive. Love them!

Chi psi was an interesting house from the start. Always had high expectations, we the first time and I was underwhelmed. Guys are cute but definitely a strange vibe in that house. Prob not in the top 5 but def number 6.

Have some friends in chi Psi, and they're all great guys. They can come off as pretentious but they're really not. They do throw a decent amount of parties which are fun. Plus their parties aren't in some grimy basement, which makes it one of my top choices to go to when going out.
