This is a top 3 frat no matter how many people like to argue that it isn’t or how they’ve never heard of it. Greek life here has regressed. If you haven’t heard of chi phi, then you just don’t go to enough parties.

You know they’re a Top 5 frat based off of who they mix and party with. Parties haven’t been great but they have the most potential out of any other relevant frats (pike theta chi skull tdx)
