Amazing group of guys who always go out of their way and make personable conversations. This is by far the highest tier fraternity at Rutgers and it should be recognized.

Rushed and got a bid, definitely a underrated top tier. Came up from the last 4 years and now throws the best parties. So much involvement with the sororities. The brothers seem as family. Definitely hard to get into this frat

This is 100% truthful and unbiased. They lost there house a few years ago and recently got it back so they feel they have something to prove.Last few pledge classes are amazing guys really nice to every girl they see. Very approachable, they donโt have that โoh we donโt associate with youโ mentality. They accept everyone and love everyone. Amazing parties me and my girls always have fun. Theyโre already a top tier frat but next semester I can see them being #1 easily.

Chi Phi is on the rise. Their last 2 pledge classes are full of great guys and by next year, they will undoubtedly be the top frat on campus. definitely top 3 right now

most of the posts below are hard self ranks. these kids have a good house, but donโt utilize it well at all and overall are a mid-tier frat that has a chance at getting better.
