I'm going to be BRUTALLY honest. Last year I thought they were top but this semester (Fall 2022) I started to go out to other frats just to see the fun and to be TRUTHFUL, Chi Phi is not all that. Their parties are just as fun as the other frats on College Ave (DKE, Pi Kapp, Alpha Sig, Phi Psi), but what Chi Phi does have that I noticed other frats don't is absolutely braindead brothers. They seem to have good numbers but holy crap, some of the kids I have met in this frat are the DUMBEST kids I have met in my life. They are good looking but lets be real-- that's not everything. Rush elsewhere if you are a dude... I literally recommend ANY other fraternity.

Chi phi can be fun at times but it’s annoying how many geeds there are at their parties reasons like this are why sororities don’t host closed mixers with them

Involvement fair will make you think they look cool with everyone out front of their house but in reality everyone in this frat is very desperate. They have a decent house on College Ave but their recent pledge classes have been filled with the biggest herbs ive ever met. Stay away from these guys

I had so much fun at the party i went too. All of the brothers were so nice and there house was HUGE. So many bad hoes!
