Alpha Sigma Phi - ΑΣΦ Fraternity at Rutgers University New Brunswick - RU 3.4 Their wine Wednesday's are pretty popular/ fun and although their parties get really crowded I wouldn't say they're the best. Some brothers are really nice and social, others can be a little weird. Decent pledge class, hopefully they improve the next couple of semesters.
