Heard they just got their house fixed. First party was lame but it used to be so fun. I saw them do a grilled cheese night so it looks like they're trying to improve philanthropy. They should improve a lot this semester; especially with their new pledge class. They have some chill guys... only time can tell.

honestly i don't know why these guys are ranked so seemingly low on here. They may have a house that could use repairs but they are good guys. my friends went here and told me i should come. their parties are fun and their definitely on the rise. their pledge class is has some really attractive guys. but they need to get more involved and get their name out there. if people think theyre creepy its because they throw parties but arent too involved.

They have a very solid party scene if that what your into, but it’s a geed fest. They don’t mix with anyone really but their parties are decent. Party space is pretty small though. They have decent ammount of brothers but highkey lack a bit of classiness. They would be pretty good if they were more classy and didn’t instant bid everyone that walks through their doors since they have some herbs.

Their wine Wednesday's are pretty popular/ fun and although their parties get really crowded I wouldn't say they're the best. Some brothers are really nice and social, others can be a little weird. Decent pledge class, hopefully they improve the next couple of semesters.

I gave low rating based on how I perceive the frat overall, but I went to their formal and a lot of the guys are really laid back and easy going. They don't have a lot of super goodlooking guys, but they're chill overall.
