Overall, great girls. Actually friends with each other and really supportive of their sorority. Have really stepped up over the past few years, I would say the best way to describe this group would be "hot girls next door, who work hard to play hard"

These are the type of girls you really want to end up with. Fun and attractive, and they all actually seem to be friends. They are classy but still know how to get down at socials. Definitely the best.

This sorority is great mix of girls. On Dayton's campus it is the hardest sorority to get into and probably the most old fashion one. They have an annoying habit of only snapping instead of clapping which is bad. They also have a reputation of being too into themselves but I would say a phi has that problem way worst. They also have the best house on campus, making them that much more desirable. I know alot of my friends who went through recruitment ether joined or had this as one of their top.
