Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Dayton - UD 3.5 Definitely known for their looks and are able to get socials with frats on campus every semester by leveraging that. I believe physical appearance is one of the voting categories that actives vote on for pnms during the formal recruitment process. Known for hotboxing pnms during final recruitment, somehow never get reported for it and have some deal with the Greek life office to be able to invite the maximum number of pnms back to each round of formal recruitment and are always able to meet their quota through the formal recruitment process.

Definitely known for their looks and are able to get socials with frats on campus every semester by leveraging that. Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Dayton - UD 3.9 I’ve heard that one of the categories that they rank pnms on is looks. They tend to hot box girls during rush but I honestly loved talking to them during rush. Would’ve accepted a bid from them if I wasn’t dropped. Heard Chi O exec talking smack about them outside of ABP during the lunch crowd. They definitely get unnecessary hate for being the top house on campus and pulling the most socials with IFC frats. They’re genuinely nice girls as well.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Dayton - UD 2.4 Known for being pretty good looking but also pretty fake, catty, stealing each others guys and on. So many girls get in & then drop because how they are during rush is not how they really are.

Not going to lie they hit boxed me during recruitment, but honestly loved talking to all of the sisters in recruitment. My friends said the same thing. Also has the most amount of socials and mixers with other frats than any other sorority on campus. #1 chapter if what your looking for out of a sorority is socials. Definitely top house on campus.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Dayton - UD 1.0 The only redeeming thing about this sorority is that the girls are hot. That’s literally it. The girls are snobby, shallow and rude. They also make a fool of themselves at formals. That being said, it is a top tier sorority, just not one that you’ll get into unless you’re hot

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Dayton - UD 3.4 Don’t even try at recruitment, they pre-pick pledges through how girls look on insta. They are very materialistic but they’re some good girls in there, but majority of them fit the stereotype they are known for but definitely not worth all the hype they get. The majority only care about how they look from the outside.

I believe one of their scores that they give pnms during recruitment is for their looks and contributes to the pnms overall scoring.
