Kap sig- stereotypical frat with white frat dudes who party hard.
Sig chi- party hard, low key diverse
Upper middle
D chi- nice fun dudes who party a lot
Sig pi- kappa sig but worse. Falling, lost their house to Fiji
Middle tier
D phi- stoner frat
Kdr- fun guys, party a decent bit, soft guys
Fiji- pretty new but got a lot of cool dudes
Sig ep- falling fast, disorganized
Lower middle
Ka- lot of mediocre parties
Ato- improving but still not great
Bottom tier
AEPI- good guys
Sae- nice but gooberish
Lxa- completely new
Phi tau- lol

just to be fair, but the above comment is so completely inaccurate, especially if you’re generalizing each frat. i’ve felt safe, at least this year, at the majority of frats i’ve been to, even being alone. major kudos to frats like dchi kdr and used to be pika for literally never making me feel uncomfortable or had advances made beyond an acceptable line but that could be me? frat culture isn’t a gem but there are certainly guys making an effort to keep girls safe and it’s completely wrong to say most frats lead to “possible assaults”

sigma pi is probably done after this year, losing a large unit of graduating kids and will stand no chance surviving off campus next year. Only fraternities at this school that have historically survived off campus are sig chi and used to be pika
