Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at West Chester University of Pennsylvania - WCUP 3.8 Great, fun group of girls. Not the most attractive all around, but they're super fun to hang with. They, like every sorority, have room for improvement. They're very involved on campus and seem to genuinely like each other. All types of personalities in the group, which is nice, but not always a good thing. They're definitely underrated and have the potential to move up.
