Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at West Chester University of Pennsylvania - WCUP 3.8 Nice group of girls who have been recovering from a bump in the road last fall which all the girls seemed to be upset about. Sisterhood is close knit, and they have been increasing their involvement and presence with other student organizations. Can't wait to hang out with them a lot this school year. Classy hard working women who have a quickly growing sorority.
