Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at West Chester University of Pennsylvania - WCUP 4.0 A chapter on the rise for sure. The guys are improving, and their brotherhood is like no other. You can tell they genuinely care about people and i always feel safe at their parties. Their looks aren’t great yet but they are getting better year by year. Don’t forget they have the best basement on campus!
