Maybe at the start of this year they're a stretch, but they have what might be the best location in the GS, and their parties are actually fun from what girls have been saying so far. They just need to start doing stuff with better houses. By the end of this year they'll have that spot secured.

Yeah Theta Chi and Sig Ep both can't drink/don't have ragers but do well with sororities & service they should be down there together

Id go Sigma Nu because of its house, then Acacia because it has stronger guys than the other 2, then KAO, then PKT

Theta Chi is a stretch, but definitely not Psi U.....lol
