We all know what the tiers are in terms of LOOKS.... but for personality:

kappa delta, kappa, dg
dz, tri delt, pi phi, axid, chi o
adpi, aphi, theta, axo
phi mu, zta, agd
sigma kappa, aopi

It really shows at parties/exchanges.. (this is mostly related to pc 19)
