weird noticing about aphi

Has anybody else noticed that APhis literally everywhere are now very recently all top tier houses?! It’s super strange. Like at UW and WSU APhi was bottom or mid until about 10 years ago. Friends with relatives at other schools have said the same..

I heard they now have some national rule where they can only take attractive girls and even have a system for this.

Tiers just change all the time and every house tries to recruit the best girls or why else would Theta keep b team hidden away during recruitment
