it makes perfect sense you idiot.. they're the ones reinforcing these dumb stereotypes and the tier system in general. They do recruitment, social media, and everything else in search of staying the prettiest/most popular and whatever crap they claim to be. If they started to recruit and act like actual sisters and friends, they would suddenly "fall", aka they'd become normal nice well rounded group of human beings but also average looking and not blonde supermodels.

It's pretty unfair to hot girls to imply that they can't be genuine or have real friendships
