what is theta like?

I go to The Univeristy of Arizona and love it but I'm thinking of transferring because I have to reapply for my business major and scared I won't get in and I'm not really feeling my sorority, Thetas not a bad house here but it's too laid back for my style and just not the house for me. Is theta worth transferring to for? I can't stand cold weather but I'm willing to get use to it if I get to graduate with the major I want and get to be in a good sorority. Does theta here get involved in philanthropy events a lot and have decent sisterhood and are they liked? I heard some harsh stuff but I need an honest review I don't know what to do :(

UW business is really hard to get into and theta is a top house imo but a lot of people in lower houses don't like them but guys do

Theta are a top house that parties with all the top frats. All the hate you see on here are from lower tiered houses.

I'm a guy I despise theta, they're very clingy to our house and whenever I say what house I'm from they immediately swoon when before they ignored me. They're all about status, gold diggers too. They're embarrassing to be frank
