Theta is just a if not the top house. I’m not sure why their ranking is so low on this. There was the Sam’s law violation which is definitely not good but I think most of the girls in the house are pretty decent people but just get a bad rap because they are a top tier sorority.

Theta SUCKS. They think they’re a top sorority but no one thinks they’re one maybe upper middle tier but most aren’t even attractive. Only hangout with fiji a frat that’s somehow weirder than them

unspoken/spoken understanding that theta is the top house at UW and has been for a while. when you talk to a theta however they dont give off any sort of snobby vibe. they are all so sweet and friendly. they are definitly the closest sorority with fiji, beta, and tke.im cobing next year and that's where i want to go

Thetas are the effortlessly cool girls and are all surprisingly very smart. The Fiji’s love them and they hangout with other top frats as well. They do seem to be spoiled rich white girls but same goes with every top sorority.

The thetas I’ve met are honestly so sweet and genuine, they aren’t super exclusive like other sororities are. They are really some beautiful and intelligent women.

Theta has been the top house for a while now, kinda just the way it is. But the girls are actually nice and fun if you give them a chance.
