They're never going to be a top house due to their far ass location, but they have won like a bunch of philanthropies this year, plus pc 14 is def an improvement in the looks department. They're a solid middle tier, but still lower middle tier. On the rise.

There are some subtly hot girls in this house. Like GPhi, APhi level girls. It catches you by surprise because you didn't expect them to be so stunning but they're there.
