This is sad to hear. I am an alumnus of Uw and the GS and until 2010, Theta Chi'a were one of the strongest houses on campus. Great environment, awesome parties, and nobody even knew who Pi Kapps were.... I feel old, but selling the Annex was the worst decision ever! Place used to be so sick with the skybridge! I have heard they are on the rise in membership but hopefully they can get back to their pre 2010 status.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 2.8 Theta Chi is okay, some people call it the newer lamer version of Phi Psi or Sig Ep. Really nice house, but the brotherhood and classiness is lacking. I used to like them but some guy was super creepy at one of their parties and came on to one of my friends way too strong last year, so I haven't been a fan since.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 1.0 Basically a run of the mill average house, awkward guys and subpar parties. Their location means they SHOULD have been a good house by now with their re founding but they've fallen flat. Also, it's a fact that theta chi's aren't hot or even that cute as they self-promote on this website.
