Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.2 Looking at the recent ratings, seems like other frats are feeling threatened by them? I've been over for some of their bbqs and they have a lot of cute and funny guys. Definitely on the rise, they just need more parties!!
