Very impressed with this one after rushing many houses. House is very nice but need some renovation, but this fact is over shadowed by the rich culture and value of brotherhood found beyond their houses phsycal structure.

Pi Kapps are great guys. They always offer to walk you home and are genuinely nice guys. Plus they play awesome music at their parties, which makes them ten times more fun!
