Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 3.6 They had the potential to move to upper mid with Pike/AEPi/PiKapp etc. but they care so much about reputation, it's super obvious. Try too hard to be fratty/cool. Nice guys but they need to tone down the egos and they will for sure get noticed more

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.8 Throws some of the largest parties, especially during spring. Hangs out with some top houses and have a great dance floor and courtyard. Need to work on other elements like philanthropy more though but still growing quite a bit as a house.
