Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 1.0 just my opinion, but i generally think that most of the high ranks on this page are from people in phipsi and/or pity ranks. phipsi is nowhere a top house and it really also has a crappy location because its located right next to a top house, the alpha delts...i took some of my new sisters to phipsi and i swear, we left literally five minutes later. there was no such party vibe at this house. sorry...
