Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 1.0 Disrespected by everyone throughout the GS. The vibe I get from this house is the "weird guys from high school" type of deal. Socially irrelevant until they get used by good houses during Greek Week. Widely accepted as a bottom tier, but they're in denial about it

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.6 If you want a real take on this house, it's without-a-doubt middle tier. But it can definitely reach upper middle with work. Yes, their location and porches aren't ideal, but their backyard parties like @ Greek Week was lit, they party with solid houses, and the recent bros and new PC are sweet and definitely on the rise for the future of Phi Psi.

If you want a real take on this house, it's without-a-doubt middle tier. But it can definitely reach upper middle with work. Yes, their location and porches aren't ideal, but their backyard parties like @ Greek Week was lit, they party with solid houses, and the recent bros and new PC are sweet and definitely on the rise for the future of Phi Psi.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 1.0 just my opinion, but i generally think that most of the high ranks on this page are from people in phipsi and/or pity ranks. phipsi is nowhere a top house and it really also has a crappy location because its located right next to a top house, the alpha delts...i took some of my new sisters to phipsi and i swear, we left literally five minutes later. there was no such party vibe at this house and the guys were creepy. sorry...

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 5.0 Great group of guys who do well in school and throw relatively strong parties. they have a great backyard for when the weather is nice, and they're generally nice people. Definitely towards the higher end of the middle tier.
