Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 3.8 Definitely middle tier. Fun parties but not even close to the best. The most notable thing is these are some of the most respectful guys I have ever met.

The new PC is pretty cool and they've grown a bunch. The next two quarters will decide if they can become anything other than meh
