Great chapter I love almost all of these guys which is frankly unusual for a frat. They are all super genuine and friendly to everyone and they have super good music (Most of the time). Love you dudes keep being great! GLad you guys dont look for wealth and or appearance during rush though I could do with a few more hotties

They are not on the same level as Sigma Chi and Betas in terms of popularity, but are definitely a top tier house. They are very “fruity” and well likeable, but can give off a weird vibe to some. Besides Sigma Chi and Betas, them and Tekes are absolutely in the next top tier of houses

If Zetes, TKEs, and Pike are all full, you're still dead-set on partying on 21st, and you really like white guys and their inherently excellent dance moves, then you should definitely consider checking out Alpha Delts for an exceptionally average time!

Have a core group of girls that they hang out with but nobody goes there besides them. Awkward, quiet house

Guys are nice enough, just a bit different then what I am used to. More of the floral girly style which is a bit unique for the Greek System. Very hard to relate to some of the guys, not the best place to party at. Have two of my friends living in this summer from my sorority, and had mentioned that they are regretting living in.

Visited UW as some of my friends go there and was looking for a good party. They definitely did not deliver. Party was boring and unless you already had friends there & I wouldn't count on making any. Or having any fun at all. People barely danced. Although a couple of guys in the house are cool, it was the worst frat party I've ever been to.
