Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.8 Favorite house I've been too. The brotherhood is impeccable. Other top houses love to party with them. Girls are always hanging out (sober and non sober). Every brother has a unique story and aspect to them that gives the house a wonderful dynamic. If you're a girl thinking about living in over the summer, definitely look into AEPi. If you are a rush, it would be a huge mistake not to check out this house.
