Super Ferda and awesome. Lots of chicks love this place and they actually host parties. This place is basically the only social scene at wabash because all other houses are super bousy.

Sigma Chi loves to act like they’re elite, but half the time it’s just branding over reality. You’ve got a house full of guys clinging to tradition like it replaces personality. Brotherhood sounds great until it turns into the same recycled personalities, same stories, same need for validation from everyone outside the room. You call it legacy, but it’s mostly just inertia.
