Frat rankings for rush

I am a freshman and I’ve gone out to a bunch of fraternities and everyone just claims they are the best. What is a realistic ranking?

1. ksig (always has heads at their functions and are usually nice)
2. tchi (functions are live, but most controversial)
3. rose (not an official org but functions stay live)
4. pike (used to be higher but fell off)
5. fiji (functions are mid but they’re sweet)
6. sig chi (know heads but they’re not really picking up)
7. phi psi
