Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Virginia Commonwealth University - VCU 3.8 I feel like these guys are underrated! I haven't met a mean phi psi yet! The couple of parties I have been to have been fun and I think people don't give them the benefit of he doubt because they're not one of the big names on campus. Keep doing what you're doing and the good things will continue to come! Love y'all!
