Is there an off-campus Greek row or?

Considering Villanova. Where are the greek life parties held? Are all of the parties in houses off campus? In Radnor? Cabrini or Rosemont? Do people take the train or are date nights close enough to walk to?

there is no greek row, all parties are off campus at frat houses, you need a ride from the frat to get to them
