Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Villanova University - VU 4.4 On their way up. They're figuring this out more and more. At a time when classically top tier Villanova fraternities (SAE, Phi Sig) are falling out, they fill a niche. By next Fall, they'll be up and running with the Barn, and by the Spring they'll have established themselves in full. Beyond that, this is filled with genuine and honest guys who want to get involved and have fun.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Villanova University - VU 4.0 Pretty random mix of guys from all over campus in their first fall 2015 class (mostly sophomores). Some really cool dudes and some not so cool, but all nice and passionate. I've heard their first few parties have been wicked fun, but lacking a house will limit them until next year. High potential and starting to head in the right direction, but need some time and luck in the building process. Interesting to see how their Spring 2016 class turns out...

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Villanova University - VU 4.4 PiKapp seems to be heading in the right direction. Starting a fraternity is a serious investment but that just means the brothers have to work a lot harder than the established frats on campus. As of right now, middle until they prove themselves. We'll see.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Villanova University - VU 3.6 I put middle because that is probably where they will end up pretty soon (since they just joined they dont really have a tier). A good amount of solid guys in this fraternity. Generating a lot of good buzz among freshman. As of right now theres no place for them to party which hurts them, but rushes dont have to worry about that since they would be a pledge anyway if they joined another fraternity
