Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Dallas - UTD 3.5 Some of the guys are amazing and nice. Rumors that even though they are the “boyfriend” frat a bunch of them are cheaters. Not a fan of their current president, he’s just not an effective leader and communication is subpar. Morals vary. Parties are fine.
