Tiers are basically gone
by: WOOHOOI honestly think everyone got great girls this year and no one really had an off recruitment. With the record numbers in enrollment and recruitment, there just isn’t much of a difference between the PCs in the mid and upper tiers anymore. Everything seems to have really balanced out. The so called “top tier” doesn’t look noticeably different from everyone else like it might have in the past. Lots of pretty, involved, fun girls in every house. Congrats to everyone on a great recruitment!
