Yes. This is probably the closest ranking as far as accuracy.
I would group them together in threes.
Each set of three are pretty equal.

Honestly the top four are pretty equal. No point in listing them out. The reality is that you could put four in a tier together and those four are all equal on most levels. So this is ok, although I think some people might want to reorder a few for sure.

Finally a ranking with some truth to it.
I mean the first four are interchangeable to me.
Not sure ADPI is second.
But if you group the houses together in foursomes this list is solid

In state girls with really bad reputations and zero involvement.
