3 Tiers Only but this one is actually correct

I agree that there are only 3 tiers but here are the correct ones each tier is interchangeable:
top: phi mu, ddd, adpi,kd (kd and ADPi had a couple of bad pc years with lots of snaps but they are still top tier for now)
mid: axo, dz, aopi, chio, zta, kkg (zta had a good year but they are still mid and you can stop self ranking) (axo and dz are also sought after even though people hate to admit it)
bottom: pi phi, agd, sk, dg (stop the self ranks)

close, but DDD had a bad PC this past year with lots of instate girls with not good reputations in H.S. Definitely last year was an off year for them.
AXO is not "sought after" it's a solid mid sorority but they need to stop putting down the other houses constantly. Their behavior this year on social and in events/mixers was really not good this year.

Yes the groupings are right. But not in the order they’re listed.
Especially the mid group. Those are not listed in a factual order.
