You can keep dropping them during recruitment and they won't drop you because they need the numbers because no one wants them. Ask anyone at UT they are nothing higher than bottom tier

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Tennessee at Knoxville - UTK 4.0 I went through Pan Preview & I really did like it. I will be a transfer and that kind of worries me on if I have less of a chance since I'm not the typical freshman student. From what I've read, Pi Phi ranks people high, but is this true? I think it's a good idea that way they give girls an opportunity and welcome them as long as they want to be there too. But I LOVED PI PHI! They seemed to be the most interested in asking things about me, compared to ΑΔΠ just having a conversations w/ sisters.

My only complaint is that they might want to work on practicing conversations for recruitment. Myself and other girls I rushed with found ourselves talking to a lot of Pi Phis who didn't really seem invested in learning about us or talking to us, and mostly had conversations with each other. Other than that, great chapter!

They are getting more involved and have a great sisterhood, as well as recruiting some awesome pledge classes in the past couple of years.
