Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of Wyoming - UWYO 1.0 The epitome of quantity over quality. Kappa Sigma is good fraternity but not here, they don't bring anything positive to the community or university except for off campus parties because they don't have a house. But if you want to party and thats it this is the "frat" for you.
