messed up recruitment process
by: pnmIve heard from so many girls that they dropped a house they didn't like multiple times in this process (ranked it last), and kept getting it back even up to pref which forces them to suicide bid. Unbelievable that this has happened to so many girls and limits their options. I know so so so many girls who dropped because the only house they got back today was on they had ranked last since spirit day.

But isn’t this mutual selection? Yes on one hand the girls are selecting who they do and don’t want, but so are the chapters? They are picking people they find fit for it, but then that also means it drops girls that genuinely wanted to go to those chapters, it’s just a messy situation on all sides.

Stop blaming PNMs. Look at your round cuts. If you met with 300 on philanthropy that means 500 plus ladies were cut from your house on day 2. USF needs to fix their process if it’s really keeping the sororities small. Publish their match rates. PNMs go into the process thinking it’s like so many other schools and it’s not.

They do the same process. Just bigger cuts each round to weed out 400 people lol. That way house numbers stay close to what they are. That should have been published so people knew going in they only had like a 50% chance.

This is not true. Period. Cuts are big to keep girls in the process so they don’t get attached to a house while they are too low on the list. The better your house is at recruiting the bigger your release figure. Period. Stop making it seem like usf is different. It’s not at the same RFM advisor for usf is the same one for FAU and UF. she wants to see usf grow just like NPC does. Conspiracy theorists throw away your tin hat. You have a problem? Call NPC .

It’s obvious that the only people on here are people that dropped and don’t know the process. Do I think the RFM advisor was a little too cut happy? Yes. But is it come grand plan to have only 50% of girls matched? No. When the match numbers come back we will know if she messed up or not. It’s that simple.
