decent houses don't mind giving bids to upperclass

One of my classmates in Pi Kapp told me that his chapter prefers giving bids to freshman. Are there any chapters (ones with a house) that won't discriminate or at least give a bid to a junior.

There's a quota for upperclassmen in some chapters but then again not a lot of upperclassmen rush so you'll be fine. If you have your priorities straight (good GPA, cool guy, etc.) you'll be fine.
