Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 2.8 They consider themselves the best fraternity on campus. In my opinion this isn't true. If you ask me they're just a bunch of wanna be frat star douches. Not to mention the fact that you have to wait a full year before becoming a brother.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 5.0 Basically the total package. Hogs all of the IM championships. Best GPA. Best parties. Best dressed. Great community involvement. Best chapter in the state of Florida and yes count all of the top tiers at FSU and UF.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 3.8 Last year I got a bid from the top 4 chapters, (SigEp, Sigma Nu, Sigma Chi, and Delta Chi). SigEp was my top choice because they and Sigma Nu both have the highest GPAs, do good in IMs but I felt like SigEp also had time to throw good parties with the top tier sororities and very super diverse. But I didn't accept their bid because I had an issue with one of their pledges who is now a member. If that kid was gone, SigEp would be the best fraternity for me.
