Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 3.4 I mean these guys are pretty attractive for the most part and throw lots of parties so obviously they get the girls. During the parties they are really chill and fun to hang out with. But they probably won't remember you the next day so don't get your hopes up on forming too strong of bonds with them.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 3.4 I think there is a lot of self ranking but they really aren't a horrible group of guys. They did have a huge membership review but that was last year and they moved on to be better.
