Fall Frat Rankings/Descriptions

Pike - Heard their fall PC is small but they easily still have the best parties on the hill. They come across a little douchey but most are decent guys.
PiKapp - Close second. Big chapter with a lot of good guys but quite a few weirdos too. Overall still solid.
Sigep - Definitely a step down, but they have decent parties and a hill house. Not much else to say.
Phi Delt - No hill house, but a good group of guys and I’ve had fun at a lot of their off campus stuff.
SAE - Decent parties but definitely not top tier. Heard they do weird things with pledges.
Sig Chi - Haven’t been much, but they seem nice generally. I get an odd vibe from some of them but not too much else to report.
Everyone else is pretty irrelevant
