I’m in a diff frat but in ifc and asked this to someone that runs it bc I was wondering the same thing. There apparently one of the oldest frats at Pitt and bc of that they actually own their hill house unlike others that rent from the school (which is why others have changed houses). There not losing it until their alumni choose to sell it. They were one of the biggest on campus u til they got kicked off years ago and back now, but obv way worse
